Rotary is well known for its social service and active participation in alleviating the need of people. Once again they demonstrated their true service nature. Today, Rotary Club Cochin East handed over 200 face apparels from Mudita to Kalamassery Medical College. The club representative Sri. Vinu Mammen, service chair of the club, handed over the face shields to Dr. Manoj. Face apparels are essential for doctors, health workers and other frontline warriors in this fight against Covid 19 since they provide enhance protection when worn on top of masks. Mudita face apparels are light weight, easy and comfortable to wear, easy to sterilise and reuse and hence sought after by doctors are such professionals. Earlier, when handing over first set of face shields for Medical College, its RMO Sri. Ganesh Mohan requested more of such face shields. When this requirement was told to Rotary Club (Cochin East), their leadership team led by Raveendranath Kamath promptly agreed. Thank you Rotary Club Cochin East.
